Program: Student Nutrition Program

Duties: Grocery shopping for the Student Nutrition Program. We need volunteer shoppers to assist with getting food to schools. Volunteer shoppers will be provided with a list of appropriate items to purchase and quantities.

Skills Expected: Valid Drivers License and reliable vehicle. Ability to carry groceries/boxes into school from vehicle.

Orientation: Meet with program coordinator. Receive list of approved items and the quantities required. Reusable bags and cooler bags will be provided for shoppers to use.

Training: Volunteers will be shown how to transport and put away groceries in a safe manner.
