The ideal candidate will be open to new ideas and debate, creative, non-judge-mental, hard working, flexible and accepting of diversity in people and relationships. They will be team players and willing to accept tasks and leadership roles; Women In Crisis works from the principle that every human being has the right to live free of violence and fear; that no one has the right to abuse another human being and that no one deserves to be abused. Women In Crisis believes that abuse against women in gender based.
