Duties:

Providing short-term emotional and practical assistance to victims of crime at the request of the attending police, or other emergency service personnel, andidentifyng longer-term needs to the Executive Director.

Skills Expected:

Orientation:
|
Orientation is done through Ministry of Attorney mandated minimum standards training and ongoing through time involved in organization.

Training:
|
Ministry of Attorney General mandated minimum training provided over 2 weekends. Ongoing training through monthly meetings. Volunteers must participate in ongoing training activities offered each month.
