Duties: Be a champion in this community by actively participating in all facets of the NOLHA event from acquisition of SWAG, auction items and/or raffle, procurement of sponsorship, ticket and table sales, coordination of marketing efforts or print materials, administrative tasks, and event day set up; to the very best of your ability. All contributions and all volunteers bring experiences and are valued.

Skills Expected: • Must be committed to the goals of the Association. • High school diploma or equivalent qualifications • Good understanding of planning and developing events. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • A minimum of 1-year experience in a similar role( preferable) • Passion for the Latin Hispanic community, and philanthropy • Desire to engage with other individuals with diverse backgrounds • Experience in some form of administrative and office duties • Capability to take initiative and work independently when required • Detail oriented and ability to shift priorities and manage timelines. • Ability to use a computer and some knowledge of computer software (such as word processing) is helpful.

Orientation: • Volunteer Orientation (2 hours) and ongoing support
